We just set up Tikkit, but no one is receiving emails. What gives?
Most likely the problem is that you have an email filter set up on your corporate network that is intercepting Tikkit messages before they reach your inbox.
To fix this, your IT department will need to whitelist the domains "tikkit.gridium.com" and "tikkit.us".
